Returns & Refunds

Our goal is to ensure that our customers have a remarkable shopping experience with us at Sdollops. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase online, please contact customer service for further assistance. There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from Sdollops:

1. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the recorded date of delivery.
2. Only item(s) that have been purchased directly from Sdollops, either online or at a Sdollops Retail Store, can be returned to Sdollops. Sdollops products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
3. Sdollops is unable to accept returns or exchanges for all custom products.
4. Products returned outside of the guidelines will not be accepted and returned to the original shipping address.

How to return an item
1. Returning item(s) must include the following:

i. All products must be in new and unused condition with the security tag attached and intact.
ii. All original protective packaging, including the Sdollops complimentary box and case.
iii. All items must match those identified in the return request

2. Pack up your returning item(s) in any available box
3. Please email us at service@sdollops.com with your order number, and our customer service team will provide the return/exchange address.
4. We recommend shipping your item(s) using a tracked service to confirm delivery.

Please note
1. We do not cover the shipping fee for returned products.
2. The Sdollops Returns Department must confirm receipt of the product before issuing a refund or exchange.
3. Anything returned outside the guidelines will not be accepted and will be shipped back to your shipping address.
